PRICES

Within EU and WITHOUT company VAT number, customer will be charged Swedish VAT of 25%. Within EU and WITH vaild company VAT number, no VAT will be charged. Outside EU, no VAT will be charged.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Credit card.

CARRIAGE/SERVICE CHARGES

There is a 15(excl. VAT) Euro carriage charge. Outside EU, all custom charges such as taxes, duties and fees will be payed by the customer.

TRANSPORT

Baron will be liable for goods when transporting to customer. If customer returns goods to Baron, the liability of the goods belongs to customer. Damage during transport must be reported to the carrier.

DELIVERY TIMES

1-2 weeks. If our delivery time exceeds 2 weeks, we will confirm your order and inform customer of the date of delivery.

RIGHT OF RETURN

Customer may return the goods within 30 days and must enclose a copy of the invoice. Customer shall pay the return carriage.

The goods must be unused and returned in their original packing. DO NOT return by Cash On Delivery. Baron will credit customer when the goods have been received by Baron.

COMPLAINTS

If your Baron bag should be defective when delivered or it should become unuseable during the period the guarantee is in force (3 years), Baron will rectify this without cost. This guarantee does not apply in the case of normal wear and tear, damage through outside agencies or neglect. When returning a product, do not forget to enclose the invoice.
